Schmidt Family Vineyards Wine Club Terms & Conditions: Members must be 21 years or older to join and may not gift memberships or alcohol to minors. Membership is a minimum 6 month commitment. Early cancellation fees may apply if membership is canceled before first 6 month of membership. Wine club benefits, which include but are nor limited to promotions, discounts and complimentary tastings are for the individual wine club account holder -- family and guests do not receive membership benefits. Wine purchased outside of club releases does not count toward the total number of yearly bottles indicated by the club. Once wine leaves the SFV property, no returns or refunds will be made. Credit cards will be automatically charged for club releases which can include wine, shipping fees, and any applicable state or local tax. SFV will not be responsible for any misdirected wines. Additional charges will apply for returned, reshipped, or redirected wines. Schmidt Family Vineyards reserves the right to cancel any membership for any reason.
