This is a light, dry, elegant rosé that actually tastes like a rosé.  It has strawberry and cream flavors that transition into mandarin orange flavors as it finishes. It has a smooth mouthfeel with a touch of an acid zing at the end making it extremely refreshing.  This is a complex rosé that isn't made to taste like a juice box nor does it taste like a white wine.  It is soft, elegant and refreshing.
