The balance of flavor and crisp minerality is what this wine is all about. The flavor is well rounded with pronounced notes of apple and a hint of kiwi. It is a medium to light feeling wine with that wonderful pinot gris minerality without feeling thin in any way. This wine delivers and is pleasing to the last sip.
