This Rose' is light and dry.  It has a subtle pithiness along with a crisp acidity that balances out the notes of watermelon and cucumber.  The finish has subtle berry and pomegranate reminding you it is indeed a Grenache Rose'.  This wine is done in a provence style and is perfectly elegant.
