The bold blend is a wonderful paring of the red fruits of Cab and blue fruits of Syrah.  It has plenty of oak to add nice granular tannin structure to an otherwise round,fruit forward wine.  This wine is a great mashup and is very approachable and balanced.  This wine should be enjoyed with roasted red meats and potatoes.
