Wilderness Pinot Gris

Body/Texture: light, crisp, balanced
Nose: green apple, gooseberry, lightly herbal
Palate: subtle, green apple, dried peach
Finish: light, balanced, slight minerality

This wine is made from fruit grown on the estate which is fermented and aged in stainless steel.  It is delicate with soft subtle notes and a light balanced finish.
