Wilderness Sauvignon Blanc

Body/Texture: light, clean, lively, balanced
Nose: quince, green melon, citrus
Palate:kiwi, lime, refreshing
Finish: lingering, lightly textured

This wine is made from fruit grown on the estate.  It spent a small amount of time on the skins giving it a slight bit of texture.  It was then fermented and aged in stainless steel leaving us with a bright refreshing wine.
