2023 was a cool wet harvest season which gave us an Albarino that is textured with a higher acidity. This wine has green and yellow apple flavors with lemon and lime notes on the finish. It has structure and acidity which brings to mind biting into a green apple. If you like crisp clean acidity this wine is for you.
