This Rosé of Tempranillo spent 2 hours on the skins and then was force carbonated in stainless steel.  It is light bodied with fine bubbles.  It has notes of strawberries and cream and great watermelon flavors.  Not too sweet and not too dry, this is a great wine for enjoying this wonderful Southern Oregon spring.
