mouthfeel & color

this medium bodied wine has wonderful texture and color which is why it is traditionally used for blending.  But there is so much more to this wine.  As a stand alone varietal it has great balanced flavors of dark fruits with earthy overtones. It has a nice complexity while also having a bright but not overbearing acidity making this a great wine for enjoying with rustic hearty foods.
