Wilderness Rosé

Body: full, viscous
Nose: watermelon, cucumber, mint, strawberry
Palate: watermelon, citrus, light
Finish: peach, medium length

This rosé is made from grenache grown on the estate.  It spent roughly 2 hours on the skins and was fermented and aged in stainless.  This wine is kept on the lighter side giving you an elegant rosé.
