Wilderness Rosé

Body: full, viscous
Nose: floral, hard candy, cotton candy, fresh laundry
Palate: strawberries and cream, sweet
Finish: long, strawberry, sweet

This rosé is made from pinot noir grown on the estate.  It spent roughly 2 hours on the skins and was fermented and aged in stainless.  This wine is kept on the sweeter side giving us a nice fruity rosé.
