Wilderness Red

Body/Texture: medium-full, granular tannins

Nose: cloves, cinnamon, bright, earthy

Palate:dry, leather, dark plum, earth

Finish: long, lingering, grippy, dark chocolate

This Tempranillo is grown from fruit on the estate.  It was aged 20  months in oak and has nice tannin structure.  This wine has plenty of spice and earthy flavors while still being approachable.
